We have decades of real estate development and property management experience combined with our proven construction management expertise.

Pure Deal Properties provides general contracting and property management services throughout Southern Africa. We began as the construction arm of Puredeal Group SA established in 2010.

The owners and key management personnel of PDG have decades of commercial and industrial property experience in a variety of arenas. We have performed property management and general contracting services for numerous community development projects including extensive infrastructure design and construction, golf course, and related facilities, high-end custom and multi-family housing, as well as mixed use, recreational and commercial facilities.

Over seven years, Pure Deal Properties expanded into the Senior Housing market by building the 3rd phase of an existing senior housing facility, located in Johannesburg. Since then, we have completed 30+ renovation, conversion, and remodel projects in operating facilities for assisted living, residential care and rehabilitation facilities, memory care and senior independent living in multiple South Africa.
